Northiam locomotive - Oh Mr Porter 'Gladstone' (conversion of a Tri-ang 0-4-0T loco)

Hi folks, I have long been a fan of scale model locomotives and their dioramas created by such talented unsung heroes. My youngest daughter has recently taken a healthy interest in scale model locos, most probably due to my modelling vehicles, but it has enabled me myself to finally get really involved in the hobby. Currently I am involved in turning an old Triang 0-4-OT train into Gladstone - the Will Hay film prop from Oh Mr Porter which used the then 'borrowed' Northiam loco and the fictional Buggleskelly station which was actually Cliddesden station in Hampshire (now sadly gone forever).

Wishing you the very best with the project, I'd love to read updates on it.

And that's still one of my favourite films.
