DRS 20 almost complete!

The DRS 20 gets out yet again into the workshop, and gets touch-ups with many colours of paint to get the best results from my cheap-o paint brushes and my capability.

 

The main DRS compass logo has been fully painted over and sanded off, and the surface is pure blue... well, I needed to say 'and the surface was pure blue' because yesterday, I got out my scissors, water etc and got the number (20312) put on the loco in the right place, along with the data panels on the bottom corner nearest the number on the external fuel tank.

 

What do you think?

UPDATE!

 

DRS COMPASS LOGOS ordered from LANCASTER CITY MODELS

DRS 20/3 Multiple-working connection sockets from SHAWPLAN

 

All will arrive soon, and will be on. Little bit of work still left to do. Warning signs and the orange stripes, and add the WIPAC light clusters and it will be done!
