I too have noticed this. I've designed a few layouts in the past and although the layouts havn't gotten much further than the drawing board, layout purpose might change as many as three or four times and the name almost as many times too.

But there we go, the nature of our hobbie....constant change, as I hear quite frequently...the layout may be finished...but is never completed.
