Hello, Its been quite a while since i've updated the blog so i thought i'd share some of the progress i have made lately. I've been putting off the bulk of wiring for to long so this weekend i decided to get stuck right in and get on with it, On previous layouts my wiring usually resembled spaghetti, so this time after many lessons learnt i've drawn out whats needed and glued all wires to the underside of the baseboard, labelled and colour coded each one, I'm about halfway through what is needed but in testing signal and point wiring i noticed that nearly all my signals are not in direct sight when viewed from the front of the layout, Its not a major problem as i want operational signals where they should be but i have found that i cant see what aspect is being displayed when operating the layout from the back, So to add to the ever growing wiring i'm going to put LEDs into the control panel so i can see exactly what is going on. Other work has seen a sheet of ply installed along the front of the layout to tidy it up.

I will post some photos soon, Just received a new camera and haven't a clue how to use it.
