Here is the final track plan, I've now set aside two weekends in January to knock up the baseboards and our project plan should be appearing here soon. Over Christmas I will be transferring this track plan into full size on lining paper, I've also been busy and got all the track and points. Alf is already thinking about electronics!! Sam has sourced two very useful die cast vehicles and some ballast, all good inspiration.

So here is track plan version two, much discussion was had regarding the merits of a goods yard over a engine shed or stabling point. Its been decided that to increase operational interest a goods yard was the best. It should be interesting trying to free up a parcels road to use as a head shunt.
