If you are still experiencing any problems logging into RMweb after the update please follow these steps:
- Clear any RMweb site cookies and temporary files from any browser on any device you are having problems with.
- Enter your Display Name and password.
- If you get an incorrect password message please follow the lost password process.
- Step 3 will not work though if your email address is out of date - please email [email protected] with your old and new email addresses and display name for it to be updated.
These problems are likely to have come from old cookies stored on your device which are not compatible with the updated version of RMweb.
