Scrap added made from old Lego, pen lids and leaves.

What I felt was missing from a workshop yard was all the junk and rubbish you would find left in all the corners. I have made mine from old bits of Lego, pen lids and broken or unfinished kits of any scale. I have then covered the lot with ripped up leaves to set the Autumn/Winter scene.

Introduction

Amalgamated Wagon Works is a small shunting layout built in the late 90's by members of Rochdale model rail group. The layout was designed to fit in a standard Ford Focus and did a few shows before lack of interest ment that it was mothballed in a barn. As a new modeller I got wind of this and decided to give it one last go. This is my journey.
