Still bogged down - too many other projects and distractions

Still no progress to be reported, and unlikely to be much before the new year as I'm still working on electrics for the club's 7mm NG extension. That is taking me less time than I thought, but I've just had almost a week out from everything due to some food poisoning which hasn't helped. I am also building a Smallbrook Models NG "Echo" kit. I did buy another brake van kit (SR Parkside) whilst at Wycrail a few days ago, but it'll have to stay in its box for now!   I still haven't really got the

What happened to time?

It flew, that's what happened! For various reasons, I have been unable to do much work on Mawgan Porth since September. I have been diverted into using my modelling time to build two control panels for the club O-16.5 layout "Theobald's yard", which will be at the Orpington and District MR Exhibition on 9th & 10th January. The group decided to build a circular extension to enable more and longer trains to operate. A blog on this construction and preparation is imminent.   The control panel
