Finally found the GSWR Baltic Tank - its rough and ready but does give you an idea of how well proportioned these locos were. Built by my father in plasticard on a Triang chassis

Only ever seen one other model of one of these engines - built by Mike Edge - they really were workmanlike but beautiful.

I bet they looked impressive in crimson, puts the boring green GWR tanks to shame

Better still if ever I had had the courage to paint it in G&SWR colours.. and very close to the later Tilbury Baltics..

Handsome and imposing engines to judge from the few photos I've seen. Your father's model captures that well. Impressive as always.
