Hi all, Thought i would share a few pictures of my layout.

Its N gauge, on a 6x3 board, a modern era layout but il run anything i feel like. It wont ever be up to the standards of other layouts on this forum, but it suits mesmile.gif

It looks like you've got track, scenery and movement! Now't wrong with that!

What are you doing to re-work the fiddle yard? More tracks, or more sections for greater storage?

Thanks for the comments smile.gif

With the fiddleyard, im hoping to expand it from the current 2 tracks per loop, to 4 tracks per loop(8 overall)

I will be able to fit it in it just requires moving some track and adding pointwork etc.

Ive realised i need to do something about it as my rolling stock count is gradually getting higher rolleyes.gif wink.gif

Cheers,

Ste.

Yeah, ever increasing stock is a real pain. My latest creation has required a two layer approach - the bottom layer is storage, 14 loops and 10 sidings, the top layer will be the scenic part. Don't forget to sub-divide the loops so you can store different length trains - nothing more annoying than knowing there is room, but you can't use it because the wiring won't let you. Not such an issue for DCC admittedly...

Thats exactly what ive found, i have the space just havnt used it to its full rolleyes.gif

Hopefully il end up going DCC, still to decide yetblink.gif
