Having changed my mind countless times I decided to have yet another go at planning the sidings.

So out came the track and points and paper templates to see if I could come up with something I liked the look of that would hold my wagons and still be able to let me shunt.

each siding must be able to hold my longest wagons, 2x PWAs, as a minimum

i will probably cut it down the middle to give two 4x1.5 boards so that i can put them end to end to give an 8foot running length.

Progress has been made.

It was all looking a little too straight and parallel so I've moved things round a bit.
