At last an Engine - Stanier Stephenson Black 5 44767

In the workshop today is an EM Gauge scratchbuilt (by Mike Edge) model of the last LMS built Black 5 44767 - fitted with Stephenson link motion. An absolute peach of a locomotive!

It has been weathered to represent an engine cleaned at a shed.

Did you teach Paul from Foster Street fame on here how to weather locomotives as his weathered LMS stock seems to share the same approach as you, but his models are in N gauge???

Not directly but he does visit the blog. Perhaps he will answer this one?
