I was at the Lancashire and Yorkshire DCC event at Boyle St on Sunday.
I took the opportunity, whilst buying books, to have a chat with Charlie of DC Models, about the plastic kit range.
As I expected, after the fire, he is not making any plans to reintroduce the range. What he did say was that he would look at what stock he had left and sell them as body kits only.
I reckon that is OK. After all, we are modellers, there are plenty of cheap Bachmann, Hornby, Lima and, more importantly, Replica power drives out there to put the bodies on.
I hope that answers some questions the RMWeb fraternity has.
