Here's my finished Hornby Sentinel. It's been nicknamed the stealth! Originally in Wabtec livery I debranded it using T-cut to make it more generic, and then gave it a weathering using enamels and powders. A good spray of matt varnish helps bring it all together. Lifting eyes on the bufferbeams were drilled out whilst fitting 3 links, and I also binned off the Hornby 4 pin decoder socket and replaced it with a hard wired Lenz Silver - mostly as I had one in stock but it seems to be performing well.
