Bakewell station canopy progress

It has been a busy week finally finishing the canopies on the Bakewell station project. The supporting struts have now been put together and add strength to the structure. What I like now is the reflections and patterns on the wall and platform surface as in the real building. This shows up well in the latest photos
Next stage are the roof supporting struts under the soffits as well as a certain amount of weathering on the canopy roof itself to replicate the steam age. I enclose some more photos which show the stage I am now at

Hi "Zoidberg", Thanks ever so much for your kind comment. I have made a fair amount of progress on the model and the next stage is to finish the station entrance canopy and add the soffit brackets. I will keep you posted on the progress via my blog. I will also be adding the station signs and fences. Rob
