I must try harder Entry posted by Spodgrim March 3, 2018 650 views Share
 Followers 2 So this is the sum total of a year's modelling. I do seem to have a problem settling on a gauge. 1
Guius 232 Posted March 3, 2018 Look on the bright side, you've certainly left your options open and there are plenty of other scales to have a go at in the coming year! Best wishes Guy Link to comment
RMweb Gold Ian Simpson 1,100 Posted March 3, 2018 RMweb Gold Or even track, for those tiddlers at the front. But they do look very good, and quality is at least as important as quantity. I especially like the tiny LSWR brake on the right - you've got the lantern lookout just right. And a wagon every few weeks isn't so bad! Plus you've written a post about them now. That's a RMweb KPI as well. Link to comment
Knuckles 1,151 Posted March 4, 2018 I modelled in 00 most my life. Recent years I been doing P4, then amongst that I have built a bit of rolling stock in 0 and then I made a small N gauge layout....briefly. Now I'm going to be doing more 00 and P4 modelling but I am seriously thinking of making one of my loco kits in Gauge 1. Hardly got the room or money but....well - I might! Variety! All scales and gauges have there pro's and con's. Link to comment
Spodgrim 67 Posted March 4, 2018 Just in case people think I've only got 3 scales to worry about, I've got 3mm and 0-16.5 knocking around somewhere... No wonder I've never built a layout! Next thing you know I'll be doing something ridiculous like modelling the London & Croydon in HO! Link to comment
