I expect to see a Private Halt Platform added on Bleat Wharf for the Honourable Lady Sheepshanks.

"Well, I have no idea what I will post on the blog."

If current content is the taste of things to come, you won't need to post anything. Others will do it for ewe.

Morning all.

It does appear to have taken on a life of its own, Mick.

The fascia is coming together. I will post a few photos shortly.

Well, I have an update.

The fascia contains the lighting and forms a separate unit, it will sit on top of the layout.

I also wanted it to hold the fiddle yard when transported or stored.

The fiddle yard sits within a compartment on top of the fascia. It is retained by way of an interference fit and does not require any fastners.

Great work. Could you explain how you make your backdrop. ? It's perfect.

Thanks. It really is nothing special.

All my layouts use mounting card glued onto the MDF backscene.

I don't use blue but the colour is in fact 'porcelain', a sort of light lilac.

A combination of warm and cool light and the backscene gives a very neutral backdrop to proceedings.

I forgot I had a blog.

What shall I post hereon I wonder?

More of the above please! But I'd suggest make a new post - a.k.a. new entry in your blog -  otherwise no one will see it. What you are doing here is commenting on your original post (but maybe you knew that).

I've no idea how to resuscitate an old blog, so well done Sheepiechap, if you've managed to do this.
