Hmm - that looks like the makings of a Class 34 to me!

A hyperthetical Co-Co diesel-electric Warship without the styling influence of  Sir Misha Black. I deduce diesel-electric due to the heavier weight over hydraulic requiring 6 axles, and the outside-framed bogies typical of  axle-hung electric traction motors

@D6150 go on, give us a clue - real prototype or ahistorical? Which hemisphere?

Well it's supposed to be a real prototype, but whether it turns out like it or not.... European, and in service from the late 1950's to the early 1990's, with a few lingering longer.
