Hi,

Another abundment of images with text to hopefully make sense of it all hopefully, with my improved photography (well I think so at least  )

The 73 fleet is coming along well, although shortly I am going to Focus on other trains that have been put on the back burner thanks to my small fleet of three class 73s, being 73101, 118 and 129. 73101 now has had the underframe, and bufferbeam sprayed black, and I must say im really pleased with my work on it so far, the rebuilt underframe is a big difference to the Lima/Hornby Model, 73118 now has had the Scharfenburg couplings painted yellow, although im going to rexamine the coupling as to me, parts still look "rough" and not smooth enough, or it could just be me? work on 73129, has been speeded up with me adding all the nessesary piping. The headcodes on 73118 and 129 were drawn by me on Photoshop, although 129s' headcodes look more like cartoon eyes than the SR two White Bar headcoe so a redraw will be in order.

101692 has progressed at last! Although the Class 110 bogies are now on the rear of the DMBS, front soon to follow, theres still work to do! Fotopic research has shown to me, that the Class 101 bogies as they are are actually too long and about 3mm roughly of each end needs to be removed. Also the damping springs arnt substantial enough, the real ones on the class 101 bogie being bigger, so replacment ones from MJT will be ordered, and after a brave pill, the existing springs craved off.

Finally 82150 , has had the stripes removed, and replaced with fox items, and the weathering "re-jigged"

More soon

The work on the first '73' above is fantastic... is that something I would have seen on the cl 08's down at the Eurostar MPD near Leyton ?
