Coming along nicely, but can I suggest you take a look at the shape of the main drive shaft - in particular the way you have them turn upwards near the cylinders? If you look at photos of the real thing, you'll see that actually, the shafts bend downwards slightly at both ends of the central, larger diameter section.

Don't worry Dave, it will all be revised when I get some nice etched covers for the cam boxes and the resin is filed down to represent said boxes

Yes, see my first blog post on the Duke here you can see that the throw of the rear pony is 4mm longer than the stock brit one. This means that you have to be careful with tender coupling as a standard brit length makes for a very close tender indeed!
