Hi All.

First Blog entry so please bear with me. Went to the Peterborough show with the intention of buying some bits for my Replica MLV. Ended up coming away with enough bits from Replica to make a 4Epb!!. Looks like a nice conversion - I'll keep watching.

 

A friend of mine had an idea of using the Replica Suburbans to make a 4-VEP by knocking the two smaller windows into one and then producing some etched frame for the surrounds. I'm not sure how far it got or if it was even a go-er, but it might be some food for thought!

Hi,

Good stuff Xerces Fobe. I quite fancy doing a 501. I remember seeing them at Wimbledon (I think), and the experimental one always seemed to be in Clapham yard when I went spotting there. Pix, suburban to 4Vep seems a big step, especially with etched window surrounds. MJT do a 4Vep, a much easier proposition!
