I cna't help you with the colour I'm afraid - Having studied thosse walls at very close quarters many times all I can think is "definate green tinge" to the stonework.......

Thank you for your kind comments. I think I am going to have to do a "make do" job with the colour of stone work as there doesn't seem to be very many options on the market. I think all the doors at this station were painted red in the 80's but I can't be sure. Will need to research that.

Freestone Model Accessories specialise in paper and card models. They will probably know if such a paper exists. There are a few places on the web, but I guess you probably tried the most obvious ones that spring to mind. TomE - on his Ropley blog - has printed out photographs of the prototype to use as the papers for the brickwork (see here, here, here and here). You would have to do some heavy editing to get those photos in to shape to do that but I reckon it could be worth the effort, based on what I recall seeing previously from that other blog. I've no idea how you actually would go about doing this though - sorry.

Rich beat me to it...I was going to suggest you make your own 'wallpaper' for want of a better phrase - worth a try I think.

I agree, I think taking a photo and then editing on the computer will be my best bet. Noch do some nice papers but the stone one is just a little too dark. Thank you for the links to the Ropley pages.

Thank you for your comments. Think I'll get all the structure ready and then create my own "wall paper" on the computer. Another trip to Par then!!! I have no problems with that!
