    has just seen Dunkirk, and thinks it's a masterpiece of a film. Though my eyes are somewhat hurting what with all the action and events of the film!

      You should try to see the 1958 film also called "Dunkirk" which was considered outstanding good at a time when a significant proportion of the British population would have known someone who was actually there (or even been there themselves) and would have been very quick to criticise.

    Having difficulty finding photos of the cab end of Class 122 driving trailers built by Gloucester for the 122 powered cars. Does anyone know if they had the same small destination name box on the roof as the 122 'bubble cars'. It would make sense

    ther herd were out in force in the M40 this afternoon. the 'alpha' though was clearly the mid-life-crisis in a porsche carerra4 who came storming past me, dropped down a lane in front of me, then proceded to slow down to much less than my cruise control was set to. Why?!?!

    Slowly unpackin boxes after moving home.. going to take months to sort! I want to create jewellery (or models) and can't with no room for workbench and everything boxed still

      Moved from the UK two and a half years ago and the bulk of my magazine archive is still unsorted in the removal firm's boxes. However, I have managed to build and exhibit a layout this year (see Fakeham Tiles Ltd in gallery), so perhaps I am getting my priorities right.
