  1. Hey Jon, did you ever end up selling your PAA wagons? Might be interested in one or two if you've still got some.

I sold some but have a few more that are (sort of) passing across the workbench.

Excellent, when you get round to them if you're planning on parting with them please do get in touch and let me know your price per wagon.

  2. Now have a basement, layout already in planning stages.

China clay without a doubt. I have a 28' long wall on one side, 20' on the other. Now I just need to find all these discontinued wagons...

  3. Ello Rich, anything new and interesting with the layout?

  4. 66006 is rolling through Lostwithiel with a rake of 38 CDAs. How much longer will this phenomenon last I wonder?

As long as there is clay in the ground that needs moving to a ship at Fowey Docks, hopefully!

66006 is the only unit I've seen since I moved in at the beginning of this month - last I heard there was a single track open through Dawlish but I'm not sure what the state of play is further up the line, so maybe she is trapped?

  5. Sitting in my new house watching trains go through Lostwithiel station from my window. :)

  6. What happens when you discover a 3'3" x 10" area at the back of your workbench that you're not using? A layout begins...

Not quite long enough for a clay dry though.

It is in N scale, but this was rather a long time ago and I've since moved. So now I have a garage...
