Thanks for that Andy. It was more of a learning vertical than curve but hey!
The team has already been talking things over and a thorough de-brief will be underway over the next couple of weeks. Then we start on next year with the lessons we have learned.

Chris - that's looking like a great start. Well worth using a small drill bit (0.5mm as a pilot, then using something like a 2 or 3mm) to slowly open out the horns - you need to do this VERY carefully but it's well worth the effort and gives results as good as the brass offerings (which I think often have too smaller a horn end).Will you be adding snow ploughs?
I seem to remember reading somewhere and by observation that 37429 never had ploughs fitted, watch somebody come up with a photo now
Spent a good many miles behind 37429 on the North Wales coast in that last summer, as well as the last day, both official and actual
