  2. Thanks we aim to produce exhibition layouts that entertain visitors to the exhibitions we take our layouts to from the Smallwood team
  3. Hi the vast majority of the work has been done by a group of around 6 of our club members two nights a week for the last 3 years from the Smallwood team

  9. The last few pictures have been taken lighted by the layout LED lights we have just installed to create an even light across the whole layout. These LED's are low voltage ones powered from a 12 volt transformer From the Smallwood team
  10. The Chip shop has now gained a full roof at club on Tuesday !

  12. Another building we have recently completed is the Rusty Nail Pub. There will be a larger building behind will help to cover up a corner joint in the backscene. From the Smallwood team
  13. Sorry of the lack of recent updates our club has been celebrating our 50th anniversary in recent weeks we are still however working on Smallwood. Work continues on buildings. Work on the chip shop continues. from the Smallwood team

  15. Whilst the layout is set in the 1970's and will very much be in the blue diesel era there will be some variety with the locomotives working the exchange sidings which will include this locomotive from time to time
  16. The view of the various factory buildings that form the backdrop to where the locomotive and DMU stabling sidings are. This area is now largely complete. A the far end is the chip shop building which also is nearing completion but needs some roof tiles. from the Smallwood team

  20. Hi Just to confirm the yellow GWR brake van is the Bachmann Branchline 33-311 20 Ton Toad brake van ZXO DW68983 in Departmental Yellow
  21. Hi SVRlad The former GWR toad brake van started life as a standard Bachmann model that was produced in yellow. It has however been detailed inside and weathered from the Smallwood team

  23. The locomotive has moved back into the platform road in the station
