When I brought it, it had a decoder already done but would not work so that's why I got a new one and I just copied the wiring,the wire's soldered to the motor terminal is were its supposed to be, on closer inspection the chassis block has already been cut back. today I will strip all down because even though it ran with the body off yesterday when i redone it there's a short with it now and I had to just walk away from it so hopefully today it will work.

Yes looking at the photos they don't look very good,today I am going redo it trouble is part of my health issues is I have reynauds and shakey hands I'm not as good as I used to be.

The sellotape is only temporary until I pop and get some insulation tape.

It's hard wired no plug and socket decoder has a sleave on

Yes it worked fine on dc that's what checked to make it wasn't the motor.there no communication with body on only with it off.

Don't know if in the right place but I brought a second hand farish 170 dcc fitted couldn't get it working so got in touch with seller to see what number the decoder was set too, still would not work so simple thing to do is get another decoder as I disconnected it I gave the motor a try that worked on dc.I got another decoder which is a digitrains dz126 put that on and it works perfect put the body back on tried it not working take body of working OK again checked to see if trapped wires no put body on again not working body's all plastic so not that, it is tight fit anybody got any ideas or had same problem. At Wychnor junction on the NE/SW line between Derby and Birmingham also the line to Lichfield from there worked on a farm there, fields each side railway from 1975 great spotting days.worst day was when a lot of pigs escaped overnight and wondered on the line during the early morning there was jointed pork everywhere it looked like a war zone.

Looking through temu shop site the other day and put in model railway and buses and saw these buses I did put in for n gauge but these come up at 1.50th so I decided to order one to see what they are like for £3 pound odd the doors are on the left so fits in it arrived and it's not to bad for the price it might need painting but it looks modern placed in the right spot it will do.what do you think.

Hi A belated happy new year, the new legs arrived from White rose modelworks hopefully I will get them put on next week so I can get the layout up and running still got a few boxes to sort out from our move, we can still see the sea but not as close and no steps to climb which is doing my knees good. Hopefully my TPE mk5s will be here in the next few days, that's about it for now.

Well the move went well,it's great no steps to walk up and down, another bit off good news my layout will fit in the bedroom along one wall and still loads of space wife approved with no alterations apart from new legs for it get those in January,think might be pushing it to extend so happy as it is.

Well we finally pick the keys up on our new place on the 30th it's nice and no steps and we won't get flooded from the sea,down side is it's only got one bedroom but far better for me so layout will not fit as it is I will have decide sell it or try and alter it but in the long run my health is more important.

Hi Scott Mojos back for now so while waiting for the move I will get some painting done on my stock was going to vinyl them but just two colours I decided to paint instead and use railtec transfers I will wait until electras vinyls become available for the 800 GWR to go TPE livery not painting that one,plus it keeps my mind active.yes we survived the storm I think the work they did on the beach broke the waves down a bit otherwise it would have been like 2014,don't you come this way anymore.

The 185 TPE is 3D printed, the 150 farish northern,153 Dapol repainted northern,158 farish electra vinyls,156s Dapol will be repainted northern,350 farish repainted northern,800 kato will be electra vinyls TPE not painting that one,800 kato LNER,nova 3 TPE when it comes plus 2 68s hopefully be getting 180 when made thats it for now.

Just finished reading about your layout, it looks like it going be a great layout when it's all finished plus I like blue/grey livery but I was just thinking what my northern and TPE livery units would look like on there think they would look nice.look forward to seeing more progress.

Transfers all on now and body's back on the chassis,my hands not as steady as they used to be plus some of the transfers are small but it looks alright. Have a day off from the models tomorrow give my eyes a rest then start on the 156s.
