    The Change Of Time

Hi, thanks for the comment, the baseboard is still 2' x 4' and I think it might be late 50's early 60's GWR in wales. Lots of lovely panniers and Prairies ( Mabe a castle, hall or other gwr (mabey BR) 4-6-0's. And it needs a welsh name now! If you can think of one that would be great. Regards JJT

    The Change Of Time

HI, There has been a change of plans for Brocklesby, Its not going to be based on the station but keep the name. I thought I could have an end-to-Fiddle yard layout. It will have 1 platform for local DMU's, 2 platforms for long-distance expresses, and 2 siding yard for a private colliery with a small loco shed for the resident austerity 0-6-0ST (which will be a P&DMarsh Kit with an 08 chassis). and a larger 2 road loco shed for the station and a small city scape to use the Faller Car System and some metcalfe kits.

    Changing Plans

HI, Just working out the plan on the baseboard and I will have to take out the cross-over to the east of the station due to space restraints, its a shame but i really want to do the station so it will have to do. I have found this picture online and this is what the A1 Tornado will look like after another respray:

    Welcome to my blog

Welcome to my blog, This is my first so it might go wrong, but I will make do, This blog is about my own layout 'Brocklesby'. It is based on the station in north Lincolnshire, It started with my love of large frieght locomotives, Immingham docks and Express locomotives. I wanted a layout that wasn't to far away from where I live but has a good variety of locomotives and rolling stock, I couldn't do the dock so I went for Brocklesby station which is nearby. I got a 4' x 2' baseboard, and a Minitrix N gauge set with a class 27 and 2 Mk 1's, and a Grafar Mk 1 and a Peco brake van (In the photo's), The layout was started!
  11. Hi, JJT here, I live in Lincoln and visit the station regulaly, and it is so nice that someone is modelling the station. I was going to model the station a few years ago and... well space did not permit and a buget was absolutely tiny, and I was only 10, but I hope you can send me a few photo's on how it's doing. Regards, JJT
