  1. Can I just check? Am I in the correct forum, this seems to be the "It beats as it sweeps as it cleans home page"? Did Easton collapse under the carpet dust, or was it eaten by carpet mites?
  2. Can you use it as paint stripper on poorly painted kits?
  3. A different use for the MRJ, holding the floor down in the event of a gale..
  4. It's always interesting to see how how online subscribers cope with the 'lack of' issued items. I have a annual renewal, so I do see the added items, but then again I question why do I need the online piece as once my subscription runs out so does my access..
  5. Sadly, MR has hit the "buffers" with the traditional 'Repeat every year' syndrome. Last year had a 'Water' special, same again this year. Becoming very samey.... Loosing it's prowess of being different I feel..
  6. Amazing, I've been a forum member for quite sometime and never seen this thread, until now. Oh how it takes me back. I remember as a young lad catching the bus to BW and peering through the railings into the station. Those boards in front of the loco in the shot I remember those so clearly. We caught the train to Bath and then on to Bristol. The layout time warps me back to those days, especially more poignant as I drive past the site everyday, and still dream. Platform 19 cafe always a reminder of the lost heritage. This is a great project and I look forward to seeing it in the flesh, hopefully taking my grandson along for a history lesson. Keep up the great project, whilst I read the thread again and reminisce.
  7. What a fantastic collection of photo's, providing such a wealth of information from "Days gone by". It's made great viewing, thank you.
