  3. The 3 litre had an inline six cylinder engine, driving the rear wheels, that's why it's longer. The same engine was fitted to the MGC. People expected a Healey type sports car, but the engine was designed for saloons, with 7 main bearings for smoothness.
  4. At his lead times for delivery I'm not surprised.
  5. Most fwd cars will pick up the inside rear wheel if you corner hard enough.

  7. Who remembers Skoda's on the RAC Rally? The real one that is. Won their class more times that you could shake a stick at. Another area they were good at was trials like the London/Lands End. Rear engine,good torque and good traction.And the Skoda Rapide was a cracking car. Slow in, fast out. Just don't change your mind halfway through!
