May be we were lucky. To be honest I was dreading it but .although busy, as I say plenty of Toilet Rolls, bread and Fruit juices. We are /have not been in a lockdown tier 3 area but what our marvellous mayor describes as tier 1.1/2 or tier one and half. We are all trying to work out what that means.

Just been to our local Morrisons . No queues plenty of everything for everybody.

It can be embarrassing however when your bank does actually phone. Our bank phoned us one Saturday and I was suspicious and refused to give any information. We rang the on the following Tuesday and were told Yes it was us we were catching up.

The decrepit concrete steps at Lawrence Hill were replaced only a few years ago with steel ones. I was surprised at the time that they didn't put in a long ramp to the island like the ones at Stapleton Rd. (Northbound has flat access via Lidl car park for those of you who haven't been there lately.)
What on earth are they going to do at Keynsham? The station was virtually rebuilt only a couple of years ago.
There is zig-zag ramp at Keynsham on the down side ie Bristol platform. Been there a couple of years at least.

As well as the split-box 45 and the TTG 47. I mourn every time I go southbound out of BTM...
Split box 45 yes TTG47 no. It is in the original two tone green livery. Warships had all long gone by the time TTG came in.

A quick phone call is always the best idea. That way you can actually speak to a human and not rely on the ethernet and people reading emails

The airlines are keeping the aircraft warm by short relative low level flights. I have seen a few Bristol - -Bristol Easy Jet flights on flight 24 radar which normally take off go half way up the Borders/Marches and back. Normal altitude 4,000 to 5,000 ft.

Ostrava in Czech . It on the mezzanine level in the main station. Biased towards CD and ZSSK but a good little shop.

Looks like your visitors, or at least their car, are from Dortmund. Good job!
Probably more like Romania or Bulgaria

Looking at them, I could easily summize about what country they are from.
Usual rule applies - if something looks out of place it probably is
Not all Swindonians look like that

Another interesting one
Undercutting: As Organisers’ of the event we would request that traders do not enter into a price war by undercutting. This is not in the best interest of the show or the hobby.

A qualification that at one time used to mean something rather than todays CSEs

I have read the DaFT statement on who will be running the services. Come on, spill the beans, where have all these "Highly" skilled train operations staff come from? Australia? New Zealand? Out of retirement? Or is it civil service speak for "If you have a degree from Oxford or Cambridge you can do any job proficiently"???
Baz
Any University surely ? May be even O levels
