    Quick bit of help please…I’ve got one of the little silver door kick-plates (?) loose in the box. What’s best to reattach it? A tiny bit of superglue? TIA

    @Accurascale Fran @McC Gents, it may be the headache I'm battling, but I can't seem to get a link to Partial.ly to appear? I've tried mobile and browser, but I only seem to be able to get the shopPay checkout of full payment? Thanks

    Not urgent, but next time you revise the website, it would be great to tweak this on the mobile version please. I’m lucky to still have great eyesight but the grey on grey contrast means it is really hard to spot the darker grey ‘log in’ text. 🙂 Thank you!

    There's a very different feel between platforms 1-10 at Liverpool St and 11+. Similar to Victoria in the split and airy versus darkened feel.

    Answering my own question, appears yes! It gained them on the cab front sometime before going on hire to Anglia Railways in noughties but as new not a single one.

    90019 Penny Black arrived here today. There’s no OHL warning stickers anywhere on it - is that prototypical for as new?

    The online system will take full payment immediately for all orders, but if it’s not going to be in stock within 28 days they’ll refund you the payment (somewhere between immediately and a few days later) and then charge you once the item is in stock.

    69001 and 002 light engine came through our village station on the East Coastway line heading to Ashford at c11:40 today. Were so quiet didn’t clock they were coming until they were whizzing through! Sadly therefore no photo.

    When I messaged Hattons customer service to say I was surprised at the complete cancellation of all orders, they replied apologising and saying they are still a Hornby stockist and still have a contract with them.

    I've just had every single item of my Hornby preorders with Hattons cancelled by them, 38 items.

    Yep; the RCS coaches and the two 47s (I shared the details from Derails on the Railroad Hornby thread) are now web exclusivee only

    Derails have just emailed a newsletter saying Solway Princess, Lady Diana Spencer, and the RCS Coaches are all web exclusives with Hornby.com

    Hattons have the RCS coaches. They weren’t there initially on launch day but appeared a few days later.

    To answer my own question, these have now appeared at Hattons and other shops for preorder.

    Has anyone seen the Rail Charter Services for preorder anywhere please? Missing from Hattons, Derails and others list and I wonder if it's an item like we've seen before that has been pushed back into 2022 after the presentation was pulled together...

    The pair are frequently at Ashford, parked up on the sidings by the line to Hastings. My eldest gets excited and screams ‘MINION TRAINS!!’ every time he sees them there.

    Got there through trial and error in the end, just as I was going to give up and use a consist!

    Tried that and it didn’t work - as soon as tried to program second decoder to same address controller knew there was a conflict.

    Thanks. Didn’t seem to be working but in the end turning Railcom on and off in combinations got it there. Both halves now happy on long address and with railcom off on chips, while railcom is back on now with the controller.

    Hi Ive got a Realtrack 156 dual sound fitted and a ECoS 50210. Due to the ECoS auto detecting each Loksound v5 chip in turn, it keeps displaying the message to select a new address and overwrite settings. How do I get it to be happy (rather than autodisplaying the warning) that there’s two chips deliberately with the same address? No way to cancel the screen and leave all as is... Thanks
