  1. I notified the organisers and was told all the parking tickets for set up on Friday would be cancelled, but I also appealed to Euro Park. Today I have received the result of my appeal which says I parked and didn't pay, so I need to pay the fine. I wish someone would sort this out?
  2. Only just found this thread, so lots of catching up to do. I describe myself as a TT modeler. Tri-ang based with the white metal bodied locos. One of my layouts Thorpe Road is a 1960's TT gauge with nothing later than 1970. It was described in RM back in 2016.
  3. We had a good weekend with my Tri-ang TT Gauge Layout. Lots of interest and plenty of comments along the lines of "I had that when I was a kid". Just had a quick tot up and with 4 trains running, 3 laps a minute for 16 1/2 hours I recon they ran a total of 36 real miles! Not bad for 60 year old toys!
  4. Looking forward to a weekend playing trains celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Tri-ang introducing TT Gauge! A step back in time with a big train set, complete with warm motors and the smell of hot 3 in 1 oil.

  6. 3SMR have a huge range of 3mm scale transfers for the society wagon kits. They also have decals for locos as well. I suggest you try your local area group as well. They are a great source of help and inspiration.
