      Back in the day I did that many times in the old DMUs Mind you back in the day there was a lot more of interest to see so I spent most of it hanging out the window

      … With the old DMUs, they actually let you see some of that stuff.

       

      A lot of people felt cheated when they replaced the "drivers eye view" with a blank bulkhead.

       

      Some of us still feel cheated - if we can afford the fares, that is … .

    Brake lining warning light came on, duly purchased front pads and new sensor wire, fitted, warning light off, test drive for a couple of miles, on the way home, brake lining warning light came back on!!!! Nothing wrong with the front, but checked the back and they need replacing!!!! Now that's a coincidence!!!! :-O
