I need to obtain a whole new tender for my Hornby Silver King, rolling no. 2511, after a recent accident (climbing down from the attic). I have reviewed Ebay, written to Hornby for advice, but nothing comes near. There are no service sheets available for a guide, yet. Is it possible to buy such a large spare anyway? regards Ray Isaac

Hi. I am looking to find the new part number for a part on a model loco from the 80s/90s. The sheet I have shows the particular as S2014 - it's a spacer within the connecting rods drive on Sheet 177. It is (was) a popular spacer on a large number of models by Hornby , but I cannot find it or its replacement anywhere. Any suggestions? regards ray Isaac
