    It could be kept open as a vehicle for some other venture. Or it could be closed. If non trading or dormant then no auditor or accounts . Registered office can be your home address at no cost.

    There is a procedure/form filling for warranty returns without having to pay import fees again. Your post office or Kernow themselves should be able to advise/assist.

    What you are describing sounds like it would be very impressive to view rather than be hidden. These examples do not exactly match your situation but they do demonstrate that it is prototypical to model whatever you need to solve the problem.

    It works for Hornby Dublo three rail where the forward/reverse are relative to the loco rather than relative to the track.

    That is also the case with Northern Ireland Railways Company Limited. It's a private limited company wholly owned by the Northetn Ireland Transport Holding Company which itself is a public corporation.

    Well Hattons, sorry to see you go but you went out with a bang. That was some closing down sale! There were bargains and thanks to your well managed close down they went to model railway enthusiasts instead of some warehouse clearance company, and you realised a better price for your stock. Au revoir Hattons.

    Well that my third, and final, "last" trunk emptying with Hattons. I hope no one else closes down; I don't think my wallet could handle another closing down sale! Wishing everyone at Hattons, owners and staff, well for the future. Thanks for the memories, the friendly help and advice, and for all the trains over the years.

    There is very little left now, which I find quite sad. There was a period over the last year or so when, like old times, there was lots of Hornby Dublo to choose from on the pre owned pages. That has now faded out, my last purchase being an 0-6-2T and a couple of wagons.
