  1. I have a lowfit which i was going to swap chassis with but there buffers are slightly larger so are these unique to the conflat.
  2. Have a missing buffer head these are metal push fit any one have a spare to sell, or is there an altenative direct replacement available.
  3. If not already mentioned would like to see the Anhydrite Hoppers produced in 4mm these went on to serve many uses after the 1960s though i prefer the original version used.

  5. Released as 38 - 375U what time frame i presume pre war or did these run circa Br Steam days.

    Do you have any pictures does he provide any insructions how to cut the chassis.

    Why would you need a replacement circuit board, can you just replace with the LEDs may be with resistors any one done this.
  13. Thanks John they told me there working on this, any one fitted there 04/7 to the Bachmann model just wondering whats involved.
  14. Thanks thats very interesting that would be a scarce photo to find of the Banana train, any one else have information on this working in the steam period.

    CLASS 35 LIGHTS

    Want to change the filament bulbs to Leds was thinking 3mm marker lights, 5mm head code both 12v warm white, would you need resistors or are they on the circuit board.
  16. Might replace the bulbs with LEDs which 12v ones would be suitable.
  17. Never new class 33 worked to Northwest, is this post 68 steam era, back to the Hymeks any more information on freight workings to this area and thanks for all the replys
  18. Yes i know built at Gorton i have a picture of one in primer on a test working. i should have said on workings from the western region in steam days, post revised.
  19. Thanks i never knew they visiited the Manchester area in steam days would love to see a picture of this, that is on western region workings.
  20. I think the original 1963 Pegler version should be there first choice not previously released.
  21. Yes realised this i was thinking of an 04/4 but then that would not work either having a 02 boiler, not an easy fix then.
  22. Did this class ever work as far north as Crewe as some other Western Region locos like Warships and Westerns have not seen any 60s steam era photos to prove this.
  23. Thanks was thinking of just changing the cab and keeping the original boiler if this is possible.
