  1. Hi Peter A great thread you have running here, wonderful skills, definitely one to follow. Will be a great source of information and help to a relative newbie like myself.
  2. Jim That shed looks terrific, the colouring on your tiles is so realistic. you have inspired me to do something from scratch myself, starting with my platforms, so its out with those Metcalfe card kits
  3. Bye, its grim up north It just wouldn't be right sat down south or in oxfordshire, or any other place down that way, no wonder you came up here
  4. Nick Great work, all up to your normal very high standard Now I have been following your thread for some time and it as just occurred to me "what on earth do you do with all the gear you build"
  5. Its all gone very quiet in here, where are you all. I suppose Jeffs sat somewhere in "The Thinker" mode AndyP will be away away dreaming up his next creation "aka bodger Frankenstein"
  6. Great to see BCB at Doncaster, superb and great backdrop
  7. Jeff Some great points you are showing us, allowing us to learn fro your mistakes experience Please keep them coming
  8. Well thats a given I suppose after all the vandalism you have had to carry out on KL 1
  9. Jeff Wow its quiet here You need to build something or maybe even knock something else down Or how about things you wish you had done on KL 1 that you will now incorporate into KL 2
  10. Jeff I hadn't realised you would be that long without laying track. Are you able to make use of the time modeling buildings and scenery to put in place once your move is complete,
  11. You two need to slow down and wait until you have something to build in. Gives us mere mortals a chance to put something together.
  12. Mike, that is one very long run, nice gentle curves, will be back for more
  13. I am having a similar problem to Andy, with my plans to run track round all the walls (and door for that matter but that's another problem) running out of Room to use as actual workshop space.
  14. Ray Thanks for the update, will call back in a week or so, we all have other lives, cant always get things done as we might wish, I cant any way.
  15. Progress, who needs it when its this destructive.
