Do not change your behaviour to avoid being devoid of toilet paper. Assume you have plenty and change your behaviour to avoid others having to use their clothing.
Good advice, Annie, but I'd say that both apply. You might have been confined to barracks for the full two weeks and then you'd know that you weren't infected, for example.
Careful and cautious behaviour should serve both goals.
