BRDatabase lists a number of 08s as being allocated to Laira and Newton Abbot sheds in the late 1950s and early 60s, many from new (and presumably in the original black livery). I've been unable to find any pictures of these, despite an extensive search. Does anyone know of any sources of photographic evidence?
