  1. For anyone that finds understanding electrical diagrams confusing perhaps if allowed this might just help.
  2. I was just going through them all, all that I could find,. which would you advise, I'm looking cheapish as its for a Deltic that I am converting.
  3. Thanks Beejack. I purchased this with sound thinking it was factory fitted so will strip down and find out which decoder it has fitted. Cant understand why the class 55 sound decoder is so expensive. Thanks again steampowered

  6. Hi. As I'm getting on in years and not good at all with electrics (Modern dcc) I am in the throws of downsizing my layout. I am now using a Hornby select, ( was using an Elite) I had a on off on switch that I used for programming locos on a separate track. But for the life of me I cant remember how I wired it up. I have searched the web, phoned Hornby, and asked Brian, but I need a diagram. ok 1st position powers the main track, middle position is all off, 3rd position powers the programming track. Please help with a diagram Thanks Pop (steampowered).

  8. Hi I have just read that fitting resistors and capasitors into the bus wire is a good safty feature. Can anyone help as to which ones are fitted and where in the bus wire are they fitted. Thanks
