    Ok, the Layout is all packed and ready for Stamford this weekend, the first time I've taken it to a model railway exhibition, hopefully it will survive the trip. Here are some hand-made Catenary gantries I've made for the station. v Below v And the Dapol masts. v Below v Gantries are installed, just need to add the hangers. v Below v and finally some more people on the platforms. v Below v

    I've recently bought 3 packs of masts and need to know how far from the rails I need to place the masts. Anyone know how far they should be placed?

    I’m waiting somewhat (im)patiently, for the email to say mine has shipped. There must be a LOT to sort through and ship, especially if they’re to arrive before Christmas.

    Bad news, the workshop where I was working on the layout has suddenly been repossessed, so I can't use the equipment I'd been planning to use to build the lighting rig, now I need to rethink what I'm doing.

    I’ve blacktacced the cover on the coupling, haven’t ran across any height differences.

    This is a topic for them in N scale which is still slightly out but waaay less noticeable

    Now with the Farish class 90 unveiled, the Revolution class 92 and possible 89 it may be time to round out the mk4 hauling locos (90 when 91s weren’t available and the 92s on test during nightstar trials) with the 91 and said mk4s. (Could even make the nightstar coaches and sell them to a North American market)
