  1. An excellent exercise in scratch building. Keep up the good work :-)
  2. Hi Les It definitely isn't the Manchester Museum of Transport ;-) Maybe Macclesfields? HTH Tim
  3. Hi SouthernBlue80s I use to live in NW Kent with South Eastern mainline running at the bottom of the garden :-) I took photos from 1987 to 1998 of many Class 47s in that area, so I may be able to help with your compilation. What ones are your missing ? HTH Tim

Sounds interesting. What format & size will the book be? Tim Rogers
  6. Hi Mark My Bachmann 08 was never a good runner until stay alive capacitors were fitted (ESU V4 sound). We have now used it at two shows without any fault. LIkewise with the Hornby 08. HTH Tim

  9. Hi Lee I like the look of the track plan, Should be lots of operational interest in it:-) Keep at it Tim
  10. Hi All Back in October 1988 I paid a visit to the open day at Bescot. It was a wet day, but as we travelled by train it was not too much of an issue. The only problem I had that day was that I had not installed the roll of film correctly when I had to change it quite early during the open day, unfortunately I did not realise this until I returned to Euston:-( So here is my meagre offering of the stock I photographed, fortunately today with digital cameras with SD/CF cards it is much easier & quicker to see that one has cocked up:-) Enjoy Tim
  11. Coming on treat Dave. Keep at it Tim
