A New P2 in Railroad to come ,what's the possibility?. Because not everyone can afford £ 200 / 250 + Hornby produced P2s in Railroad of Cock O' The North.

I think that was referring to the bulge around the cylinders (which they've "idealised" by ignoring), not the slope of the footplate above, which going by the last few posts has been de-idealised.
I think Hornby was right to idealised the bulge around the cylinders if would ve like a woman in pretty dress & a ugly face.

P2 in wartime. The 'Streamlined Bugattti' P2s only ran in 2 liveries before the Thompson rebuild started in 1943. So, my 2003 Lord President now sports its wartime coat, and looks pretty good next to 2005 Thane of Fife. Its not perfect (and I don't take great pictures) but I haven't done a repaint before and I'm quite pleased with it. It will look good next to its wartime sisters A4 and B17/5 that I have, now to get going on the W1 as the next project.
Looks good to me dose your wartime black. What paint did you use ,

That's the one I have. I bought it mainly for weathering track and other parts of layout where having the air supply tube would be a hinderance. Works fairly well and for a bonus, my Iwata will fit it for finer work. As has been mentioned, cleanliness is paramount. For cleaning I use this. Available from most good model shops. Also excellent for keeping brushes clean.
Thank you for information.

They did run a Trix A2 on the layout (532 Blue Peter, of course).
Yeah I remember it back in the day as kid of the 1970s. Also remember the time Pete & John came here to Donny Plant / Station as well 532 Blue Peter was in town..

Mine works fine for the tasks I use it for.
But you need to be proficient in airbrushing particularly on the cleanliness side of things.
Works best with enamels in my opinion

I doubt you can ring up the BBC and tell then to revive a model railway in one of their programmes - especially as a plug for your own products. Even if they did go for it, there wouldn't be a mention of Hornby. Remember all those cornflake packets with the brand names covered in tape?
Google is your friend - https://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/shows/blue-peter - it seems that YOU need Facebook etc. to be able to see something... 😁
I'm sure they'd be able to do it without blatantly advertising Hornby. Let's face it Jonh & Peter did it back in the day without flouting strict BBC rules. Get down SHEP.

I think Hornby are missing out here they could revive the Blue Peter railway for the kids of today. It would be be an ideal win win venture another free advertising opportunity getting youngsters interested.

I think that whilst the concept is interesting, and one can see the attraction, the problem with small devices is whether or not the air pressure at delivery is steady. If it's not, then obtaining good, even coverage can be problematic.

This has been discussed before, the quality and performance varies enormously, some people have had good results, the one I ordered from Amazon, not the cheapest, claimed high pressure, was totally useless, got full refund, at least the refund system worked really well, I am quite experienced at using an airbrush, so I do not think I was doing anything wrong. The concept is very appealing, if one comes highly recommended I may have another go. The same models seem to be sold under various brands.
