Having your images to view it is like a book with information about say the P2 but you need images to stop the topic being dull. Like I have said in past post ,don`t stop posting image on threads due to a winger on here. D.R.M.

==================================================== So are you saying the 3 pole motor is on par with a 5 pole motor is same quality ,as powerful & as strong as the 5 pole motor. So why did Hornby fit 5 pole motors the their A1 Tornado 4-6-2s. I am sure P2 C.O.C.K O THE NORTH & Tender will weigh more.

Why have Hornby used only a 3 Pole Skew motor on the C.O.C.K O` The North & not the 5 pole skew version.

Glad to here people are getting their P2s now . Will anyone be doing their own trails to see how like many coaches 2001 can pull at a good speed . Also how C.O.C.K O` The North goes on say 3rd/4th radius track & over sets of points. Just to see if 2001 can pull a large train like on the BRM web Video show`d . D.R.M.

All I can say is I have lost faith in Hornby as a brand BIG style over the pas18 month two year.

I`ll just be glad when I get my P2 , wait as been long than waiting for a Scotsman o buy a round.
