Looks fantastic! It's giving me inspiration for my layout.

I just now discovered this but I must say Im impressed! What you have done in the amount of space you have is impressive and Im looking forward to seeing more updates.

Quick update: Im currently working on weathering some Hornby railroad tankers and i'll try to get some pictures soon but Im going out of town tomorrow for Thanksgiving (an American holiday for those of you who may not know) but Im planing on building the table and hopefully finishing it by the end of the week. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days!

Although I do like that layout it just doesn't fit into the space that I have. An end to end layout would probably be the most likely type of plan but thanks for the suggestion!

Looks Great! With that sort of blue lighting I can feel the cold weather even though Im not actually there. great work.

Here's a picture of a mock up I made a couple days ago. Track Is a mixture of atlas and Hornby track. Any suggestions on how I could improve or change my design so far would be highly recommended, and yes the Flying Scotsman is in its packaging. Also, sorry for the poor image quality, the room that I was doing this in has terrible lighting.

Another thing I should mention is the space I have available is about 7x3 feet

Hello! I am a relatively new modeler and Im starting a new layout. The plan is to have a standard inglenook and then a mainline passenger service behind it with a station. The locomotives will most likely consist of era 3 or era 4 steam trains and Im planning on having DC control. I would love to hear any tips or suggestions as most of you are probably more experienced than I am. I will be posting updates as the layout progresses. One last thing that you should note is that I live in America meaning lots of products from the UK wont or will have limited availability here in America.
