Hi
I’ve found an article that indicates that ash pits were on average 3’3” deep and some 300ft long lined with fire bricks which sounds plausible?

Get a grip, TV presenters!
Wembley has two syllables, not three! It's "Wem - blee" not "Wem- ber- lee"!

Hi Gary.....
Just seen your Twitter posting, (although I am not on a Twitter account), regarding your new job at Eastbourne Models and Collectors Centre......hope that when all the Covid restrictions are eased sufficiently, I can combine a visit to The Bluebell with a long weekend in Eastbourne and call in to the shop,,,been a long time since I've been to Eastbourne - last time was for the airshow weekend many years ago.....
From your images the shop looks well stocked, will search for the website...
Regards always

Booked in for my Covid jab on Saturday. Most impressed with how quick this has happened given I have no health conditions and am aged 59.
Well done to the NHS!

I was hoping to remain isolated until well into the New Year...
But I've run out of Quality Street!
It's a logistical disaster!

Hi Guys...searching for inspiration and pointers on building my own trees from wire...any appropriate blogs on RMweb,....?
Would prefer to have a go at making my own rather than the 'bog standard' off the shelf products if possible, but I understand there are packages of wire for certain trees to form up into trees available which may be a start.
