That’s much more realistic. It’s a great view from up here on the bridge.

I’m amazed by the advertisements in the pub noticeboard. I think one is for a chimney sweep. How did you get such fine detail?

Lovely shot of the 2776 idling outside the engine shed Kevin.
Idling sums up Little Muddle - so 2776 fits in well especially without a motor!
I don’t think the chap staring at his runner beans has noticed the new arrival yet.- 2

A splendid makeover !
Those brake rods make a huge difference - I’ve just looked up the instruction sheet and see they could fit a Bachmann chassis too.

That is a work of genius Kevin. Astounding modelling, and what a wonderful start to the day.
“ and another thing”, says Edna, “your house isn’t even on the map published in Rmweb a couple of days ago! “”

I've fitted the extra pipes and screwlinks as supplied in the polybag. In my opinion these are cosmetic use only as they are very fragile. Extra close Hunt couplings bring the gap down nicely although a sliver of packing card is necessary to stop the slop in the NEM socket. Here they are behind my replacement Dapol mogul which has had the smokebox door changed to a correct GWR version.
Daylight come and I wanna go home.

The third image brings out the inscription on the plaque ‘ Overbrook Viaduct’ - we missed the opening ceremony by forty years ! Again we are looking up to your modelling .

I'm looking at an earlier 0-6-0 tank in the near future. Focus is on a saddle tank, but core design work will be the same for a Pannier (or side tank). There's an obvious incentive to create something which fits on a RTR chassis such as Bachmann's 57xx (or 64xx I supppose) but I keep getting drawn to the 1076. If the Aberdare's chassis works out then I'll have a functional design which can be modded to other wheelbases.
With the forthcoming Dapol autocoach there is, I’m sure, a need for a 517 class or metro tank. The Shapeways 517 on offer is at a much lowered resolution than your products . The problem would a RTR 0-4-2 chassis of the correct length.

The colour version looks more realistic, I think: both excellent, of course!

I wonder if your completed weedkiller train will be available for hire , I would be interested if it could spray a pesticide to keep my woodlice under control !

Ah yes, the order of jam and cream - those all-important little clues that have blown the cover of many a secret agent.
Looking back through this thread, it is interesting to note that all images of the Finchings have disappeared. Clearly someone is trying to hide their identity. This is the last we heard of them:
I bet Rob knows more than he is letting on.
