  1. Hi to all who intend to come see us at Stafford this weekend All is going to plan the most important thing pre exhibition is that the Sausage & Bacon rolls will be available from the Barn Cafe next to the exhibition halls from 08:45 on both days Eltel
  2. Almost forgot another layout making its first appearance at Stafford next weekend is my test layout which has now now had some extra scenic treatment from fellow club member Hadley Taylor. It is called Charles Street Sidings and is a shunting layout based on "Inglenook Sidings" running as a Engineers yard with Dutch Livery wagons This time using the more up to date Kadee couplings Was 5ft long but I believe Hadley has added another fiddle yard Terry ( Eltel )

  10. On behalf of all Stafford Railway Circle exhibition team and members I would like to say a big thank you for all the positive comments that have appeared since we closed the doors just seven days ago. We had a record attendance of well 5300 I do not think we had any negative comments about the exhibition. It will not however stop the exhibition team and I for looking at ways of improving next years exhibition if only fine tuning. Next year we will be using at least all three full halls and a increase in the number of quality layouts and traders. So a big thank you to all who attended the exhibition. Details of our 2011 Exhibition will appear website around the end of September www.staffordrailwaycircle.org.uk ELTEL Exhibition Manager
  11. Hi Tom Yes catering is a issue and each year we point out the fact to the caterer. Under the terms of the halls hire is that we have to use the appointed caterer. It is however a area we will keep working on. ELTEL

  13. The second point being lack of traders, there were in excess of 40 traders, but I would welcome suggestions of traders you think would improve the exhibition. ELTEL
