Is it an ex National Power JMA/HKA hopper?

I realise this is an old thread but I've been trawling the model railway publications and have found a few stickists still listing the r2421 class 31110. Does anyone know if this will be old stock and still affected by the corrosion problems? or was it just one earlier batch effected and the problem has since been solved? Thanks
